No, Affiliates should only promote your BYOU profile and services listed on the BYOU app or the official BYOU website (book-you.com). This is because they only earn a commission when clients book directly through the BYOU platform. Promoting external sites or booking links would not result in commission earnings for them. To ensure fair rewards, they should only promote your BYOU profile.
You don’t have to pay anything upfront! Only when a client books using an affiliate’s coupon code will 10% go to the affiliate.
Affiliates who successfully bring you a new client through their unique affiliate code will earn a 20% commission on that booking.
The 10% you pay goes directly to our Creator
and 10% is what BYOU pays the creator.
This commission goes directly to them as a reward for promoting your services and helping you attract clients.
Our Affiliate Marketers have unique specialties. Some excel in video creation, others in Instagram or blog content.
We recommend browsing their profiles on your dashboard, where you'll see descriptions of their strengths and past work. Pick someone who aligns with your brand and services, and feel free to reach out to discuss your needs before choosing.

For example, you might work with one Affiliate for Instagram exposure and another for blog content.
The goal is to maximize your visibility on BYOU and attract more clients!
Affiliates are encouraged to focus on your BYOU services. Promoting your personal brand outside of BYOU might lead clients to book outside the platform,
which would mean no commission for the Affiliate. To ensure fair rewards, they should only promote your BYOU profile.
Yes, Affiliates are independent business owners, and they may have specific rates or collaboration terms that go beyond BYOU’s commission structure.
While the 10% commission is guaranteed for every booking made through the BYOU platform with their unique code,
Affiliates may request additional fees or propose other arrangements if they’re providing extra services
(such as in-depth video production or extended promotional campaigns).
It’s entirely up to you to negotiate these additional terms if you feel they align with your goals.
However, please keep in mind that any additional agreements should support driving bookings through the BYOU platform to ensure they receive their commission.

Purpose of the Affiliate Program

The BYOU Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to promote BYOU providers' services, programs, classes, and products through their own social media channels and online platforms, to the BYOU app and the book-byou.com website.

Affiliates are independent business owners and may contact BYOU providers to discuss potential collaborations directly. However, all partnerships must respect the terms outlined below
Responsibilities and Boundaries

Affiliates are permitted to create and share content related to BYOU providers’ offerings to help promote their services.

All marketing content, including social media posts, is managed independently by the Affiliate and is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate and Provider. BYOU is not liable for any claims, content, or communications made as part of the Affiliate’s promotion.

Any agreements regarding compensation, deliverables, or collaboration specifics are arranged independently between the Provider and the Affiliate and are not the responsibility of BYOU.
Compensation and Payment to BYOU

When an Affiliate generates a sale using their unique affiliate code, the Provider agrees to pay BYOU a 10% fee of the total sale amount.

This 10% payment is due to BYOU for facilitating the affiliate relationship and providing the platform for transactions between Providers and Affiliates.
Termination and Modifications

BYOU reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the BYOU Affiliate Program at any time if these terms are violated.

BYOU may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program signifies acceptance of the most current terms.
