Return Policy – BYOU Essential Products (for clients)

• You may return any unwanted product within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (digital receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products

• Items not kept in proper condition or used outside their intended purpose

• Personalised items

• Perishable products (such as food, supplements, or open consumables)

• Products subject to normal wear and tear

• Items returned without original packaging

Return Policy – BYOU Professional Products (for experts & partners)
Because Professional Products are designed for commercial and professional use, our return policy is slightly different:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, clean, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Note: Products used in client treatments, business operations, or not maintained according to guidelines cannot be returned.
Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
On the rare occasion there is a manufacturing defect:

• BYOU Essential Products:

  • 2-year warranty on all BYOU-branded products

  • Within 30 days: full refund with proof of purchase

  • After 30 days: repair first, then replacement, or refund if no alternative is available

• BYOU Professional Products:

  • 1-year warranty on all BYOU Professional products unless otherwise stated

  • Same process applies: refund (within 30 days), repair/exchange/refund (after 30 days)

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns based on product condition and use.

• If accepted, BYOU may choose the most suitable solution: repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
  - Refund processing fee is 90 days

• Per EU consumer law, you also have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases (distance selling), except for excluded categories (e.g., perishables, personalised items, PPE).
