Jennifer le Roux
I like to support women in strengthening their connection with their authentic self by using practical tools to help build their relationship with themselves. I find that as women we have so many roles we fulfil and expectations that often our relationship with ourselves comes last. This relationship is very important and impacts our relationship with others, how we set boundaries, how we communicate (especially around difficult emotions) and how we look after ourselves. I like to work with women to help build that core relationship and show up in our environments as well as approach our challenges from that place.
Supporting women in strengthening their connection with their authentic self
I am based in Cape town in South Africa where I see clients in person, but I mostly work online and see clients all around the world.
My coaching helps you to explore and connect to your authentic self, using practical tools and reflective space. As you strengthen your relationship with yourself you can expect to:
1. Learn how your body and feelings can be your guide to understanding yourself deeply.
2. Improve your relationship with others by improving your relationship with yourself. We can only give what we have nurtured in ourselves.
3. Let go of the fear of setting boundaries caused by people pleasing conditioning and learn to understand where your boundaries are and how to communicate them in a healthy way.
4. Have a better understanding of your needs and wants.
5. Explore what self-care looks like for you and how to make time for yourself in the busyness of life.
6. Have a space to reflect whatever challenge you might be facing or needing to explore
7. Work through limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from living your best life.
The services I provide
The relationship I wish to create with my clients can be summarized in this quote. ‘Connection – the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement, and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship’ Brené Brown. I like to hold a sacred space for my clients where the focus is not on giving your advice or tell you how to live your life, but rather to help you reflect, uncover, discover and find the answers already within their own being.
