Health Optimization Coach
Heath Optimization Program – This is for individuals who are generally healthy and need targeted protocols that help them operate at their greatest capacity — physically and mentally. The focus is on actions and habits that can improve longevity and healthspan. This program will teach how to routinely check in with subjective and objective analysis and form habits according to what your body needs. This program is for anyone of any age with a drive to perform and function at their highest capacity now and years down the road.
Health Restoration Program – This is for individuals who would like to restore health and get on a path toward health optimization. This program is a comprehensive approach to health that aims to actively improve and rebuild a person's overall health by using subjective and objective analysis to address underlying causes of chronic conditions. These are then addressed through lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, stress management, and targeted actions focused on restoring optimal function rather than just managing symptoms.
Sports Performance Program – This is for individuals who would like sports specific performance optimization. The sports performance program is a systematic training regimen that helps athletes improve their performance in their chosen sport. It's designed to enhance an athlete's strength, speed, agility, and endurance. This program starts with data collection, from which an individualized action plan consisting of strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, supplementation, mental training, and rest and recovery is created.
Biohacker Program – This is a structured plan designed to optimize your health and well-being through experimentation with various lifestyle modifications and technologies, including diet, sleep patterns, exercise, supplementation, technology, biomarker tracking, and more. This program is best for people who are comfortable with data and learning how to use it for development of a targeted action plan and monitoring.
Buddy Coaching Program – Some people thrive when working together with a friend or spouse. With this program, the pair can choose health optimization, health restoration, or sports performance and work together through the same program, supporting and motivating each other all the way. This program is best for two people who share common challenges and goals.
