I do it by offering a personalized, step-by-step approach that’s tailored to your unique needs. Here's what you can expect: 1. Complimentary Initial Call: We begin with a 45-minute consultation, where I’ll get to know you, your health history, goals, and challenges. This is a time for you to share your story, ask questions, and decide if my approach is the right fit for you. 2. Weekly 30-Minute Sessions: After the initial call, we’ll meet weekly for 30-minute sessions. During these calls, we’ll set achievable nutrition and health goals, review your progress, and discuss any challenges you might face. My goal is to help you troubleshoot and identify practical solutions that fit your lifestyle. 3. Personalized Adjustments: As we move forward, I will continue to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to our plan to ensure it works for you. We’ll celebrate your wins and focus on finding solutions when challenges arise. - This structure ensures consistency and a focused, results-driven approach. The services I provide
I do what I do because I've seen firsthand how the right nourishment, balance, and mental health practices can change lives for the better. As a young professional soccer player, I didn't have the knowledge to truly care for my body, and I regret not understanding the importance of nourishment and balance sooner. The injuries I suffered, which became chronic, could have been prevented or minimized if I had made different choices. That’s something I carry with me in my work today—helping people understand their own bodies and make choices that lead to lasting health. Then, when I moved to the U.S. on my own, with little English, to pursue my Master's and my goal of staying here, it was a huge turning point. It was not just about fitness and wellness, but about rebuilding my mind and spirit along the way. Taking care of my mental health, alongside physical health, helped me overcome the challenges of this big transition. These experiences drive my passion for coaching others. I believe that when we nourish ourselves holistically—mentally, emotionally, physically, and relationally—it empowers us to live the life we deserve. It's incredibly fulfilling to help others feel empowered and see how small changes can create big shifts in their lives. :)
