Grant M. Waldman
Have anxiety, depression, addiction, isolation, anger management issues, self-harm, or suicide ideation left you feeling concerned about the quality of your life?
Perhaps you’ve struggled to resolve these issues on your own, to no avail?
Are you ready to take 100% responsibility for your life and committed to making the necessary changes?
Due to my own inter-generational trauma,
I have a first-hand understanding of where you are in your life’s journey.
I’d like you to know that the act of reaching out for help is a deeply courageous act, especially for most men, as most of us are conditioned to self-isolate and suffer in silence.
Counsellor
I do it by being present and truly listening to my client's stories. I reflect back what they have shared to affirm their experiences. I honour their vulnerability and trust.
The services I provide
I do what I do because I love to support fellow human beings on their healing journey. I have experienced my own trauma and know that it takes focused energy to make changes. I have witnessed many people shift from looking at the ground to looking at the stars - moving from fear to love.
